It seeks to bring together professionals interested in public health and vector control, reinforce knowledge about the control of the Aedes aegypti mosquito and be at the forefront of a dengue outbreak.

In celebration of our 5th anniversary, from September 28 to 30 of this year, the Unit will hold the Annual Vector Control Convention, free of charge

The participants will gain knowledge about the biology and ecology of the mosquito, community outreach strategies, calibration of spraying machines, among other things.

Virtual Talks
8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m

  • Conferences by recognized experts in the field of vector control.
  • Open to the public.
  • It will be transmitted by zoom.
  • There will be simultaneous translation from Spanish to English and from English to Spanish.
  • We will have sign language interpretation for the Spanish language.
